And the new thing this time around is that my pencases take on different shapes and sizes.
The maple one (light colour in the middle) is the standard. It measures 18cm lendth x 4.5cm width x 3.5cm height. Of course those measurements are "nominal" as there's always variation in terms of the width and height depending on how I cut and slice the wood, but those are the general dimensions that can accommodate any pen - from the thinnest to the thickets - that I make.
On top I have a double seater where you can carry 2 pens, or a combination of pen and pencil, or two pencils. This is specifically made to accommodate 2 of my slimmest pen/pencils - the slimline's. The double seater can be expanded to fit slightly thicker pens, but then those pen cases are a custom order.
The bottom is slightly shorter version of the standard case. It measures 16cm lendth x 4.5cm width x 3.5cm height. The 2cm shorness is primarily due to me cutting on the wrong side of the line. But regardless, they still fit about 95% of the pens I make.
This goes to show that my pen cases are completely customizable. Send me your requests and we'll make it happen.
