And the mandatory Sunday show selfie. Behind me, what looks like a brain, is actually the burl from the Red Mallee Tree from Australia. It is quite hard (as in density hard), so I sharpen my tools before and after I work with it. It does have quite the wild grain so it's all worth it in the end.
